• A deposit may be required for custom work. Once a custom piece is in progress, deposits are non-refundable.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We package all pottery carefully to ensure it arrives safely.

• Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your details before placing an order.
• Once shipped, delivery times may vary based on location and carrier.
• Hart and Soul Pottery is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within five business days with photos so we can resolve the issue.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Because each item is handmade, we can only accept returns for products that arrive damaged or defective.

• Please notify us within five business days of delivery if there is a problem.
• We may request photos or details to help assess the issue.
• Refunds or replacements will be offered at our discretion.
• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged once production has started, except in cases of damage during shipping.

We love creating personalized pottery pieces. If you’d like a custom order:

• Custom orders typically require 6-9 weeks for completion, depending on complexity and kiln schedule.
• A deposit may be required to begin work, and final payment is due before shipping.
• Custom orders are final sale once production begins.
